J&J servoces is absolutely the best removal service I've ever used, (and I have used other such companies prior to them so I know excellent service when I experience it.)
1. Within 1 minute of submitting my request online, Jay (the owner) personally called me and got the details about my needs. This wasn't a rush call just to get.me signed up. It was a call so that Jay knew and cared about what I need so that he could ensure that, if I accepted his quote, he amd his team were ready to meet and exceed my needs.
2. The price was extremely fair with absolutely NO gamesmanship, upcharges or hidden fees. In fact, I had forgotten to mention a couch. Totally my fault. When he and his amazing crew arrived, I asked him what it would cost to add it. He said, "No charge. We like.to exceed expectations." I needed it moved, he knew I needed it moved...and we both knew I would have to accept whatever the upcharge was. For Jay, never even crossed his mind. I made an honest mistake and hes the type of guy that wouldnt even consider taking advantage of anyone.
3. Arrived on time, were careful moving everything, hard working and darn strong, and truly nice guys. They get it done quickly AND professionally.

It takes alot for me to deem that a detailed review is warranted. J&J Services is a company that warrants it. You need look no further that J&J Services to meet and exceed your removal needs. And no I'm not affiliated with them, not getting anything for doing this etc. I.just think excellent companies should be recognized and Lord knows I rely on all of.your reviews in making my deciaions as well. So just giving back.

Oh, one last thing: His website refers to Orlando and Winter Park. However they cover a much larger area and no, there's no extra fee for other areas.

My husband and I were near the end of purchasing a property. When we did the intial walk thru we noticed there was trash and junk in the back of the property. So we asked for that to be removed before closed on the property. Well day before closing it still was not done. So I ended up looking up local junk removal companies. Found several that quoted between $200-$400 online. J&J services was the ONLY one to call the very next day ready to get to work. Two weeks later I am just now starting to get calls from other companies. Unfortunately the closing on the property got delayed twice so my husband and I was not able to show J&J the junk to be removed the seller ended up doing it himself after we asked to be credited $400 so we could pay for junk to be removed. So to sum it all up. J&J services gave me great customer service something that is lacking in today's world. I never ended up using any contractor/company. But I will consider them for the future and recommend to family and friends.

Jay and his staff were great! It was a bigger job than he thought however, he still stuck to the bid he quoted. He figured 4 hours but it took 2 days and 12 hours to complete. I was impressed. Integrity and character is rare these days. You have both. Thanks jay.
